WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Johnny Horn - KEXP FM - Seattle, WA
These whippersnappers are breathing life into a well-worn format. Reggae music and Italian westerns have crossed paths before, but this treasure hunt that becomes a psychedelic quest is easy on the eyes and ears.

'The Good, The Bad and The Dubby’ is exactly what it sounds like it would be - and it's well done to boot.
The Good, The Bad And The Dubby
The GBD live show blends roots reggae/dub with the classical iconic music from the famous "Dollars Trilogy" which featured Clint Eastwood, Director Sergio Leone and the music of Grammy-winning film score composer Ennio Morricone. Dub Foundation took the essence of Morricone's music from the films and rerecorded it into a dub/reggae style, featuring a live opera singer, jaw harp player, whistlers and full horn section. Once the album was complete, they knew taking one of the most famous film scores and presenting it to an audience would be amazing, but they wanted to show their appreciation for the films as well, so they filmed their own Spaghetti Western. The show features the band doing a live score performance of their film.
